willpower is bullsh*t

Hi Reader!

I am going to keep saying it, "Willpower is bullsh*t."

You can't "eat less." and think that magically you will lose fat and become healthier.

If that were true, we ALL would be very fit, and the health and wellness industry would not exist.

Think about it" WHY does it exist? Why is it a billion dollar industry?"

Because willpower alone will not give you results.

Every semester, I get students who straight out tell me "THANK YOU."

Because having the knowledge of how their body digests and metabolizes food has changed the way they approach food and their health.

They know exactly what to do now.

Its freeing, and doesn't involve any made-up willpower.

Let me give you an example:

GLP1 drugs became a huge market boom. WHY? Because they use your body's chemistry to reduce appetite and lose weight.

HOWEVER, it can come with a cost: Scary side affects, loss of muscle, and possibly malnutrition.

AND, if you go off of them, statistically you will just regain the weight.

Because you never actually taught your body how to produce GLP1 naturally.

GLP1 can naturally go up when you work with your body's chemistry.

The science has been around for YEARS on how to do it. No one talks about it.

But I will.

Tiny FOOD hacks that boost your GLP1, naturally:

  • Bitter foods (think arugula or other greens)
  • Fermented proteins (like natto or miso)
  • Prebiotic fibers (cooked and cooled potatoes, rice, and beans)
  • Colorful fruits (berries and dark chocolate)

Learning the science behind why your body produces GLP1 will naturally have you reaching for these foods more.

No willpower needed.

Let me use your personal biochemistry to fix your GLP1 naturally

Love,

Lia

Fix your metabolism, without willpower.
