what diets get wrong

Hi there !

All diet programs have the same promise:

How to eat less, without feeling like you are eating less.

Sounds so simple, but we all seem to struggle with this in one way or another.

Its why diets often fail, because you still feel like you are eating less.

You don't want to eat less.

Because if you know you are eating less.....

It makes the survival part of our brain think "Famine!! This is bad!!"

And we go raiding the pantry later because that hunger signal never got turned off.

So, how do we give the illusion of eating less, so you are still able to hit that fat loss goal?

How do we trigger the right signals in our brain?

➡️You make sure your meals contain enough protein, fiber, and healthy fats (the Trifecta).

The trifecta foods all trigger hormones that go to our brain to say "We are full! You can stop eating now. Everything is safe and good."

AKA: Shutting off that survival part and keeping us from raiding the pantry that night.

Most diets, focus too much on elimination and not ADDING in the RIGHT food.

Stop eliminating, focus on eating MORE of the foods that tell your brain to "stop eating".

It sounds counterintuitive, but you will actually EAT less overall.

Use your biochemistry to work with you.

Not a stupid fad diet.

That's what I teach here.

And what I do with my clients too.

Love,

Lia
